We will accept the exchange goods with the original condition within 7 days after you receive the goods. 

STEPS FOR EXCHANGE

• Whatsapp us or contact us with the reason and explanation for the exchange.

• We will reply to you within 2 working days.

• Return it back to our address - 6 Sin Ming Road, #01-11, Singapore 575585.

• Exchange is subject to stock availability. 

Before you purchase for pet food, try to feed our sample pack whether your pet like our food.
